What’s your cancellation policy?

 

It actually differs based upon how you book the reservation. AirBnB and VRBO have different options and we have an even more lenient policy for those who book directly through us.

 

Are linens supplied?

Yes. It is part of the cleaning fee!

We have comforters, pillows, sheets, pillow cases, and bath towels for each guest.


You may want to bring your own beach towels.

Should we bring life jackets?

We have a limited number of life jackets. As it is nearly impossible to have the proper number of jackets to safely fit each guest, if you would like to ensure that your child or loved one has a life jacket, you may want to bring your own.

Do you have any boats we can use?

Absolutely! We have 3 two-person canoes, 3 kayaks, a paddle board, and multiple tubes. There is a dock to help you easily get in and out of the boats. We continue to build our fleet!

Do you have floats or an an air pump on property?

Yes! We have a small shop vac and an air mattress pump for you to use to blow up floats. We also have a number of floats on the property as well: float attached to a mooring for the kids to jump off of, two person and a single person lazy river tubes, a couple of other inner tubes, & noodles galore!

Do you allow pets?

We do allow house trained animals for additional fee of $100.

Are there any grocery stores in the area?

 

Shaw’s and Hannaford’s are within 20 minutes, For quick things, there are multiple general stores, the closest being the Community Market & Deli that also makes good sandwiches, has pizza, and a number of other food items to-go.
